Easiest would be to sell that blade wheel and use GSXR 06 onwards one, easier then, just need to machine sprocket carrier and make spacers.
Naked parts are harder to get hold of. You need the loom, switchgears etc to do it right too. If it is K2 they changed a lot of parts so bear that in mind. Unless you want to chop the loom about to make it work
You can use pointy clocks easily for speedometer, there are a couple of circuits you need to make to get the tachometer and fuel light to work though.
Pointy naked clocks are rare too. Dunno about bandit clocks, they a cable speedo?
I use GSXR K1-3 ones, reckon they look alright, nice compact unit, 2 trips, clock, good backlighting, but you need speedo healer.
