I don't think it would be worth all the trouble of changing the engine. I don't think your exhaust header pipes would pass the oil cooler. I believe people who fit pointy engines in a curvey don't fit the oil radiator. Anyway, it's not just the inlet cams that are involved - you actually move your original inlet cams to the exhaust side to get the full effect. The effect is not just more power but a willingness to rev a little higher, so if you want you can hold a gear a little longer - I like this effect most when I have done the occasional track day.
