A device that can consume huge quantities of data that does not have cheap, expandable storage?

One that you cant just spend £20 and add another 36GB (unformatted) of files as you need it, cheap enough so that you can have a few of them and swap in whichever one you want the content that is on it to be available.

How quaint.
