Been there quite a lot as I have family over there. Commuting or daily driving at peak times, absolutely not. The taxi drivers are mainly from India / Bangladesh and drive like idiots. Then there's the other half with cars with more power than they have sense, lot of kids with too much to play with. Plus for fun factor, no point, new city so roads are straight in the main, no hills or twisties, need to go a long way for that. Did a bit of rallying near Oman and quad biking, think that fits the place better.

I'd personally give it a miss having experienced the driving out there that I have.

Not sure if they've got a race track yet but that'd be worthwhile, guaranteed weather and decent surface.
