Cheers Ralph , I took the bike to work today and flushed and bled the front and rear brakes and changed the dog bones , stuck it on the brake rollers and there was only 6kg difference before and after although they will lock out , im now thinking its a combination of me being used to servo assist , unusual foot position and me expecting to much from the bike . Thanks anyway.
