We done 325 miles the night before our return ferry and stayed 70 miles from Calais, even that was a killer, we had to stop every hour or so as it was tiring.
I get a bad shoulder after sustained riding so I was topping up my painkillers.

On twisty or mountain passes, we struggled to do 150 miles in a day, as like above our average speed was very low.

Doing the iron butt challenge won't be fun and you won't enjoy doing stupid amounts of riding, take an extra day, your body will thank you for it.
