I did the CBR mosfet reg on mine. Used the old connectors from the SV unit. If you're careful you'd be able to remove them with a small screwdriver without damaging them. I also soldered them on for good measure. also ran a ticker charging wire while I was at it. Less resistance means less loss and heat. There's a good write-up somewhere.
