I failed one of my MOD 2 tests on the independent ride part by missing the turn-off I should have taken. I was concentrating so much on doing a good overtake on a dual carrigeway, that I managed to miss the sign posts for the place I was supposed to be going to. The examiner instantly told me over the radio that I had missed it and gave me further directions to get on track without giving me the opportunity to correct myself, so I wouldn't relax too much on that part of the test
