cost to buy, from 40 quid, any more and that's down to your preferance. Taste like real smoke, some do some don't it's not the cig it depends on what you put in it, what flavour etc, yes you can have basically any flavour you would want, from cigar to bubble gum or apple pie
get fitter yes, cos you won't be inhaling all the chemicals and crap that is in a normal fag, yes they actually put chemicals in them on purpose
quit smoking yes, i quit within 3 days, that is to say for all intensive purposes I now don't smoke from roll ups to smoking nothing in 3 days and in those 3 days i had 12 roll ups, normally it would be about 55- 60. save money well that's up to you, it can become a hobby as to an addiction it becomes something you want to do because you know unlike smoking real fags it is harmless, these come highly reccomended,
