What's the best diet? What meats, fluid, fruit and vegetables intake do i need to obtain to be a healthy person? Is a food plan a good idea?

Did you ever sort out your sleeping problems? They are all releated, if your putting cr*p in then expect problems it simple really. Pick a sport, get involved put down the candy, chocolate and soda, takeout and get off your ****. Its down to you, no one else but evidence of doing nothing is all around to see.
I just had an ECG, I think they had make sure the machine was working right, my heart beats very slowly!
