Oh as I was asked, the led strip would cost about £3, the switch £1, the lead perhaps £5 (although mine is a cury cord to a permenent live 12v socket under the seat, you could wire direct to the battery to save money if needed, I just prefer being able to remove the box easily), all the bits I had around and about so my cost was only a little effort, but even buying new under a tenner total.
