kiggles

i was traveling at 38 mph in a 40mph zone. Approaching a set of traffic lights which had been green for a while expecting a yellow light soon. when it did come i hesitated unsure whether i could stop in time for white line (being a little wet) then suddenly decided to grab my front brake, i passed the white light when it was red at around 15 mph slowing down to about 8 mph. this traffic light had a camera on it and not sure if it flashed.

how long would it take for it to come through if i have got points?

such a silly mistake to make but expensive on insurance none the less.
