I assume it's like a TDM motor with a 90deg crank, i.e. the pistons don't go up and down together (or at 180deg like some) but one is 90deg ahead of the other. The result is that the firing
intervals are the same as a common crankpin 90deg V-twin like the SV and the feel is pretty much the same. They usually have at least one balance shaft to deal with the effects of the 90deg crank.
