2 big tyre levers and 1 small one is my preffered way, I don't bother with rim protectors, if your carefull and firm you will manage to do it without making a mark on them. A valve removal screwdriver thingy, soap(or sepcial tyre swapping soap/lubrecant thingy) it's easiest with a tyre breaking tool, but a piece of wood and a hammer works. When it's on 'bounce' the tyre sp it sets on the sides before you put air into it, do it without replacing the valve, more flow in better chance it sets first time. Let air out, replace valve, refill.
Then your ready to balance it or deliver it to a tyre/bike/car workshop.
