oil and filter is every 3.5k and plugs to be safe are every 3rd oil and filter change. iridium will go 20k easily unless the bike is in a bad state of tune then bike will eat plugs quicker regardless if iridium or copper.

if you do oil and filter changes every 6k then you need your head examined. you can however replace filter every other oil change but i wouldn't as its the filter that catches the nasty's.
