I got stopped the other day by a couple of coppers on my 33hp k2 and i knew more about the restrictions, age limits and other stuff more than they did so if your confident enough then I bet you could at the road side
(of course no chance on a dyno or if they are bikers)
i have got 110 down hill with the wind behind me and probably get 95 - 100 on a flat
