Wow. Why not go ahead and ask for the moon on a stick why don't you!
"Proper secure parking" narrows it down to the Hilton's underground facility I think. Even the Marriott only has 'secure parking' i.e. a barrier, and most point you to the nearest NCP. Real estate is expensive in the big city.
Some of the smaller places will let you park in the yard behind them rather than in the street, but that still doesn't make it practically more secure than your lock and chain make it.
Of course, secure parking is available in my shed gratis to members of the Org and to MotoGoLoco customers for a very modest fee.
