This event is effectively the opening day of the Goodwood Festival of Speed. You can still access the full FOS stands, walk around the pit area and see all the supercars, bikes, historic racers and F1/LM raceteams, look at the amazing Cartier et Luxe vehicles. The only difference is that the only cars that run up the hill on this day are the ones as part of the motor show. Last year I got to 'race' an Abarth SS up the hill, and then got driven up in a Panamera. There were also demo rides available in a Phantom, 458, lots of R8s etc. I also got down to the last 30 people on the day to win a brand new Skoda but just missed out
An awesome day out, especially if you blag a freebie.
