, was at work and it just suddenly came to mind hence why asked but as usual will follow the manual
what happens if those marks are not there. basically I am interested to know how manufacture does it without marks which then introduces the marks. I guess it is using dial gauge and finding where the piston is so they can then adjust the cam lobes!!
