if in doubt change them,if there was no damage other then just being loose then i wouldnt worry to much,the original discs should under normal riding conditions last atleast 60k if not more,so i would look in to what is causing the premature wear on the bobbins,as to replacement discs,well thats up to you and the depth of your pocket,personally i would steer away from the cheap chinese stuff and stick with the suzuki ones,also check with your local suzuki dealer and see if you can claim on a set of faulty discs that have worn outprematurely, if there is no obvious reason why the bobbins have worn,and as far as i am aware there is no economic way of changing the bobbins,some after market discs have circlips holding the bobbins together and they can be repaired
