Soldered the new led on, low and behold it still didn't work 
New pair ordered off ebay for £3, all wired and ready to go, one for now, one spare.
Gonna get me one of them gas powered soldering irons, as both my electric ones don't cut the mustard. |
IRODO soldering iron! Gas powered and now I've given up the fags I've got about 4000 years worth of fuel for it!!
