Here's the pics. But before you hand over any cash, have you considered drilling the caliper and punching the pins out. Its what I've done with this one to get the old pins out. I've replaced them with stainless pins, as well as stainless bolts & bleed nipple

You can just see the holes I'd made. Doesn't affect the operation of the caliper.
