In order to remove the slope from the AL7-onwards seat, you would need extra foam which would raise the seat height. Suzuki have claimed the "lowest seat height in its class" by having a steep slope to the tank and then fitting a narrow seat with little padding.
Earlier SV models had a two level rider/pillion set up which was, arguably, better since the rider's seat was more horizontal. Look at a picture of (say) a 2009 SV650S and see the difference. https://bikez.com/motorcycles/suzuki_sv650_2009.php

Adding extra foam and therefore raising the seat height looks exactly what c-racer have done to their seat .if the front is about level with the rear as it appears.
