So my SV has been partly disassembled for a bit over a month while I sorted out the shock (and routing of the reservoir), rearsets, brake lines, and life in general. Got it back together this weekend, but I have this left over and I can't work out exactly where it goes

Fiche lists it as #4 "COVER,RR FENDER UPR" but not shown in a position that's making any sense to me:

Anyone able to provide a pic of it installed?
