Craig, they did say I can port to a new mortgage if I move house. But there would be a penalty if I just wanted to end the mortgage (unlikely).

"Hello. There will be a base rate announcement from the Bank of England on 4 August, and your mortgage interest rate may change as a result. There's no need to contact us. If your monthly mortgage payment is changing, we'll write to you to confirm the new amount at least two weeks before the amount is due. In the meantime if you'd like to set up, amend, or cancel an overpayment arrangement you can do this by visiting our website or by chatting to us in the app. Just tap 'Chat' and type 'mortgage overpayment'."
