What did you tell them it was worth?
You won't get any more than that figure, so push for as close to that as possible. The bike was less than a year old, and really the closest you're going to get to replacing it is buying a new one - there will be very few on the market of the same quality. You *should* be able to argue and get close to this figure - but you will have to argue.
Assuming you gave them the Suzuki Retail Price when you set up your insurance, they'll think that your bike is worth close the £5000 new. Seeing as at this time of year you can pick up a "S" for a push over £4000, you should still be able to replace your bike with a new one.
