Guy n gals, I received a late payment notice from Westminster council re a parking ticket issued on Frith Street on the 24/9!!!!
Cast your minds back, did anyone see a
f**king parking warden putting a ticket on my bike!? I don't think so!
So what to do? Do I phone up and deny ever being there or do I say I was and that no ticket was issued (then I need proof)?
Has anyone else received a notice? Do we have to start covering our number plates in case a traffic warden with a pair of binoculars is sitting one of the flats above the shops?
Phew!! de-stressed!
