I assume you are meaning the sump plug washer?
If so... I have always changed the oil between services on my bike (& on some cars too) and have never bothered with a new washer... However, if I was doing my own servicing I would seriously contemplate it, just because Suzuki say to do it in their service guide (I think!!??) and it won't cost
that much!!
