That's a good question and I would like to know the answer too. I had mine fitted by the dealer with no instructions supplied to me so have no idea on how to set it up correctly. |
From memory, the instructions say that 7's a good starting point to deliver a bit too much, this will help clean a lot of the existing crap off your chain (and make your back wheel filthy), then drop it down a bit for day to day use. 4 seems to do the job on mine.
