Mike reckons 165s for a full system with a Race RS filter, so I've bought a spread from 150 to 170 just to cover all the bases.
On my latest set up I ended up using 170 jets but I do have twin cans so I'm not sure if that will work as well as the system you have.

I'm also becoming a convert to the idea that systems with larger header pipes have a benefit over those that are more restrictive.

Mike, the lift and duration figures on the JHS website were exactly the same as the figures found from the cheap-ass cam swap... I don't know how accurate that is natcherly, could just be the usual web crap.
I could be wrong as we discussed so many different cam options when I was down there yesterday that my brain got a bit fried by the end of it.

SAE? I've always been recommended DIN correction before, could you tell me what the difference is?
DIN is a slightly higher number which is why it is generally favoured by tuners and dyno shops. It isn't a huge difference but we favoured SAE because it is the equivalent imperial figure (rather than the metric DIN) so is more useful for what limited comparisons you can make around the world.

P.S. I've got a set of carbs that have had a dynojet kit (165 and 170 jets available) fitted plus a BMC Race RS filter in the For Sale section. Look in the '99 - '02 list near the bottom.
