The only thing you can adjust on our suspension without making modifications.
You're compressing the spring before hand, preloading it.
You adjust it with the screws on the top of the forks and the annoying notched ring on the rear shock (careful with the c-spanner, you'll probably bash your fingers like everybody else when it slips)
