Undo everything on the front end - except the top yoke clamps - that's; spindle, clamp, lower yoke, mudguard, then bounce the forks up and down a few times, and then retighten from the bottom up. If it doesn't work first time, you may need to do it again a bit more proactively. or there is the possibility that something is bent, although having seen it Friday night it wasn't that far off, so I doubt it will take much to line it up again.
Don't fuss over the torque figures, as long as you don't do anything silly it'll be fine, and if necessary it can easily be checked.
