I'm after some advise if anyone can help?
I was knocked flat off my bike last year, and the bike's a Cat B write off. I've been told by my solicitor that I should now scrap the bike, and get whatever I can for it. Of course where the bike has been held it has incurred charges, but I'm rather keen to simply be no part of it, and let the 3rd party ins. sort it out. They don't want to.
Has anyone else been in this situ? I've got the cash, and the bike?!
