Hi all,
On the off chance that anyone from here is biking through Cardiff city centre this morning, please take care as there seems to have been a vehicle (prob a bus) that has been shipping diesel onto the road.
It seems bad on North Road (south-bound) by the Crown Court, on the inside lane going past the Castle and into High Street/St Mary Street.
It's particularly bad at the lights at the junction of St Mary Street and Wood St, where the rain is washing it right across all three lanes
I'm about to report it to the Highways Dept
