No idea what a chin spoiler...if you ment chain, then you might mean a hugger.
Thats the official suzuki one above, available in yellow. I think its about 150quid.
A few other people make them for the k3/4 pyramid plastics, ermax and i think art do a black carbon one.
No idea about the gel seat though, i think carsick was after one as well but couldn't find one. However there is a guy who will re-pack your current one with gel pads, lower it, raise it and shape it to anything that you want. I think his website is

Not had a problem getting bits for mine, and its had quite a few on it, as i keep falling off!
