I'd use Autosol, but, you'd
probably need something a little more 'industrial' - you can buy mop kits that fit into an electric drill, they come with polishing compounds. They'll do the job, or, someone on here has just done an amazing job of their down-pipe with one of those Black & Decker 'Mouse' sanders (with a polishing pad)... worth a look...
