Might just be that the clip on has twisted a little. It is clamped to the fork leg and bolted to the underside of the top yoke. It can still twist a little though. Loosen the clamp bolt and the bolt onder the top yoke and twist the clip on to the required position. Hold it there and clamp everything up. It will only move a few degrees but it may be enough to straighten you all up again.
I wouldn't imagine the forks have twisted in the yokes, but this is pretty easy to sort as well. Try the clip on first and if this doesn't work, me or someone else will probably quote how to sort the forks. Basically, though, loosen the pinch bolts on the bottom yoke, bounce the suspension, nip it all back up again.
