Though IMO the DJ recommended settings are a load of rubbish, they were written for the original, useless K&N it seems. Factory Pro's one seems a little more up to date. Also IMO, the DJ Stage 1 kit is a ripoff, though the Stage 1&3 is much better.

If you chose to do it yourself, make sure you have 8 M5x10mm bolts to hand to replace the ones you'll destroy removing them It's fairly easy to fit the parts (though be warned removing the carb screws can be a beast) but to get a perfect setup you need a dyno really. It's worth swapping your filter before you do it, since the full system will be wasted without it.
