As tim said, SV's are built to a cost, not a quality.
Hence the 2 pot calipers, 4 pots would have been nice, but i feel they do ok with braided lines after the initial ones get a bit spongy.
That along with the amount of engine braking, i suppose you could take the effect of engine braking to be the same as having four pots on a four cylinder engine?
Or am i bieng very optimistic in that assumption? Iv never ridden a bike with 4 pot calipers
