Yes, I found this too with D220's on dry roads and cold weather
Is it possible that these tyres never warm up properly on cold roads
For example: I had been riding for 30 miles and the rear locked and skipped as I changed down gears, coming to a junction at the end of a 7 mile straight 'A road'. I didn't notice anything on the road surface which may have caused this. Thank God it wasn't wet
