How often are you going to make it to the track though... Once a month to knockhill, or do you plan on going south? A track bike's a huge luxury if you're not using it a lot.
Personally I would buy a proper TLS, none of your R rubbish
And probably have a bit of change left over to sort out the suspension and fix it if I binned it on trackdays.
Or alternatively, get a set of track bodywork and a spare set of wheels for the SV, again that ought to leave you with some spare change if you do bin it...
