I agree with you on that one, 2 years is far too long, without restrictors on, the SV isnt totally different tbh, took mine out for a few days last year when i was doing some work that involved stripping some parts of the bike.
The delivery is basically the same, except on the restrcited one, the SV sort of dies off at 7000-7500 rpm, the unrestricted one has a nice bit of kick in power, but not nearly so much as a IL4.
Mine 2 years are over in 3 weekd though, cant wait
