Hi Mate - Fletchers are dealing with my claim too. I've got a full admission from the other party, an independent witness and a doctor's report and still Tesco have not released the dosh. We are now issuing proceedings to get them in to court. Fletchers seem an OK firm to me, so i hope you get your compensation quicker than me! Giood Luck!
