what do you then do when they prove their policy of before/after removal pics with other bikes but didnt do it with Matts cos it wasnt covered??
sorry but honesty is the best policy. you'll find even if it were covered they have the power to remove anything obstructing the plate these days, so again why argue on that point?
the only thing here that will work is the private land issue. they cant ticket on private land.
