and its precisely this sort of thing thats seen my case with van man deferred by up to 6 months cos the system is clogged up with cases. so someone thumps a pensioner and attacks me but doesnt see a court room for 15 months [probably] because they are overloaded with these cases.
great advice. overload it even more so Grinch and I get to wait 3 years for a court date for our cases.   :P  |
