great. another one who doesnt see the cost of this to those of us who cant get justice for more serious cases because the courts are full of people guilty of the offence making a useless and expensive point. 
and if you dont think it doesnt cost YOU anything, where do you think the courts are funded from? your taxes. make it more expensive, watch the cuts come in in other areas and you paying more tax.

I'm sure all the fines they DO collect off of perfectly safe drivers more than covers it.
Also, justice needs to be served at every level. You want justice, and so do those accused of speeding.
