I meant the Re-useable Heat/ice pack third one down, The one clicks are ok but it's a chemical reaction, if the bag pops god knows what it might eat through on the bike. The re-useable ones are a similar gel solution to that used in gel seats, It stores the heat from boiled water and slowly releases it.
Plus it's reuseable
So for £2.47 + P&P it can be good for nowt but warming your feet in bed and you've not wasted money, the single use are about £1.35 each.
