I think you can guarantee that he will try and sue you for personal injury, despite the blame. You're insured, he's not. What you might be able to do is claim from the MIB for uninsured losses - ie: that you hit someone who was uninsured. You might want to initiate your own PI claim too.
Be on the defensive from the start Matt... this might get nasty. Do it by the book, or someone will throw it at you.

I had to claim from the MIB for my accident in 2003. I have only, like last week, had my claim settled!!!
