You can buy spray that you can spray on the inside of the brake light cover to give that smoked effect. If you're a bit bothered about making a hash of it, perhaps buy a 2nd hand tail light cover off egay or summat and do it to that.
Otherwise, I don't know of anyone that sells smoked covers, but I could be wrong.
