How bad is the ride ?. .
I have been but putting it off(seeing if I can push it to spring) course not really looking forward to riding on the original shock.

Thing is I'm running about 10mm(atleast) more ride height at the back and the front is maybe 2mm lower(that is with the GSXR forks being shorter). So that is quite a difference compared to stock

Like you said the OE never really felt that bad but after having used two different after market shocks( Ohlins and Technoflex) you would not want to go back.

Even the front did not feel that bad till I changed to the GSXR forks. I went back to original for a while and I almost could not ride it. I ended up putting some progressive spring robbed off my bros ,dropping the front 12mm/15mm and the back raised even more to get the darn thing to an acceptable level. It just felt terrible .
